Homeopathy and Children’s Behaviour Disorders

Has your child been diagnosed with a behavioural disorder? Or is your child expressing challenging behaviours that you just can’t seem to help them with?

“We brought our 6 year old son, Dylan,  to Canteris Hartley a year ago because he had  ADHD, OCD tendencies and was also having temper and anger issues.  Homeopathy has been a game changer. I’ve seen our son Dylan make drastic changes while under Canteris Hartley’s care. I can see how the remedies she prescribed for him really were what he needed. He has been able to overcome most of his impulse control challenges and we will continue to work with Canteris Hartley to help him reach even more balance in his constitution.”   ~ Lisette, Mother of Dylan

Each child is unique regardless of the diagnosis that they have. Even if your child has been diagnosed with ADHD, for example, the underlying root cause or imbalance will be different and they will have characteristic symptoms and susceptibilities, as well as, physical symptoms that will differ from other children with ADHD.

How can homeopathy help your children?

The homeopathic approach uses remedies that work with the body’s own innate healing ability to stimulate the whole system and person into balance. By understanding the underlying symptoms, sensations and susceptibilities of your child a homeopathic remedy that uniquely matches their whole symptom picture is chosen. This remedy will stimulate and re-balance your child’s whole system from a deep underlying level. Many aspects of your child are considered beyond their label of ADHD and their expressed behaviours, such as: fears, eating habits, sleep patterns, physical illnesses, digestion, social interests, feelings, anxieties and more. The deeper underlying discord or imbalance of your child is addressed and healed from where their behaviours are connected to.

Even if your child has not been diagnosed, but is displaying challenging behaviours it is recommended that these be addressed in the early stages, before they escalate so that your child can feel more at ease in their life as they develop and grow.
